The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for assisting our valued customers in arranging the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
This position has the opportunity to build our customer loyalty while coordinating all activities regarding finance and insurance which includes working to help customers obtain financing, preparing all associated documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products.
He or she ensures all deals are done in a timely manner and according to all legal requirements and dealership policies.

Responsibilities * Assisting our customers in the transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process
Presenting a transparent menu to customers detailing their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience
Recommending finance options and other products
Processing finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
Setting and achieving targeted sales goals
Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy
Exceeding customer expectations in service
Maintains good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
Educates customers so they have a clear understanding of their finance options
Other duties as assigned
* Automotive finance experience required
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Highly detail-oriented and organized *
Prior sales experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and desire to work with technology
Reynolds & Reynolds experience helpful
