ABOUT THIS ROLE
Aero is looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to join the team in Aspen, CO! As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will lead the ground guest service team in your location. You will build a team of Guest Service Agents and manage their performance to ensure consistent execution of the Aero brand, values, policies, and procedures. You will work with relevant vendors (airports, ground handlers, cleaning companies, etc.) to ensure operational continuity at your base. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with and knowledgeable about all company and FAA policies and procedures and ensuring all activities remain in accordance with the SOP manual and TSA security requirements. This role is an in-person role and will report to the Regional Guest Service Manager.
This role includes relocation and housing stipend.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Regional Guest Service Manager to ensure consistent and timely implementation of the Aero brand, policies, and procedures at your base
- Ensure safe, smooth, continuous, and compliant (FAA/TSA) operation of your base
- Lead all activities related to your team during irregular operations (diversions, delays, last-minute changes, etc.)
- Communicate with guests and act as an escalation point at your base
- Optimize operation and guest experience at your base
- Build, manage, train, and roster the team of Guest Service Agents at your base
- Assist with HR and regulatory compliance at your base (i.e., assist DER with notifying employees of DOT random drug and alcohol testing)
- Participate in management meetings with Regional and Global leadership
- Collaborate with relevant Aero teammates, departments, and third-party vendors
- Maintain good relationships with local third-part vendors (airports, ground handlers, cleaning companies, ground transportation companies, etc.)
- Support other bases as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience coordinating, mentoring, or training teammates (3 or more) in an aviation environment
- First-class/private jet/luxury hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to bring out the best performance in the workforce through proactive employee engagement and support for an inclusive working environment

- Exceptional organizational skills and abilities in addition to being detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to pass background checks along with drug and alcohol initial testing and random screening
- Must be able to work nights, holidays, weekends
- Ability to work unrestricted in the US
- Flexibility to do last-minute travel is a plus
- A valid US driver's license is a plus
