Landfill Computer Operator/Facility Technician

Landfill Computer Operator/Facility Technician ($17.57-$19.40 per hour) under Collective Bargaining.

Responsible for computerized data entry, cash transactions, charge account transactions, and public relations. Most work requires a high level of accuracy as errors could result in a significant loss of time and money. Employee has contact with both inside and outside sources to supply or obtain factual information. Other duties include handling and sorting Moderate Risk Waste at the Asotin County Regional Landfill Household Hazardous Waste Facility, site maintenance which includes litter pick up; mowing; weed whacking and other ground maintenance as necessary.
