We are currently hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for roles of Program Director and Instructor of our Certified Nurse Assistant Training/Certified Home Health Aide Program.

The ideal candidates are retired or semi-retired RNs who wish to impart their wealth of experience to the next generation of Nurse Assistants and Home Health Aides. If this is you, we want you to bring your expertise and passion to our dynamic team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

As a Program Directors or Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the education and training of future Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). Your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing comprehensive educational programs for nursing assistants and home health aides, with the final goal of certification. Our program is approved and a full curriculum is already in place.

- Delivering hands-on instruction, guidance, and mentorship in both classroom and clinical settings.

- Collaborating with faculty, staff, and healthcare professionals to enhance program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

- Demonstrating techniques and showcasing best practices in patient care, in a real clinical environment.

- Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance.

We offer competitive compensation packages, with a full-time position earning $100,400 and a part-time position at $65,000. Compensation is negotiable based on your relevant experience and qualifications.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

* Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.

* A minimum of two (2) years of RN nursing experience, with at least one (1) year of employment by a Home Health Agency providing direct patient care.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.

* Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and education within the CNA and HHA training program.

Candidates must also successfully complete a 24-hour course in teaching adults, which Associated Technical College can arrange. As an alternative, documentation of one (1) year of experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in nursing will be accepted.
