Patient Transporter

Full Time Position. Transports patients and supplies to various locations throughout the hospital and the surrounding area. Transporter will assist patients to enter and exit vehicles and buildings as needed. Maintains transporting supplies and equipment in a ready state. Orderly will assist patients with daily tasks, assist nurses and nurse aides with vital signs, change linens, lift/position patients, etc. High School graduate or equivalent required. Must have ability to read, write and effectively communicate with others. Must have valid driver's license and current BLS certification. Prefer one year of experience in medical setting.
