Project Manager Officer

Position Purpose:

Lead the implementation of transversal business and technology related projects, which are aligned to the corporate strategic plan and driven by the Organizational Excellence department to be applied in local operations.

Responsabilities:

• Align the purpose of the projects to the strategy (projects related to lines of business of life, health, travel, and others related to personal insurance), which may be associated with technology or business.
• Analyze and determine the quality, cost (budget) and time for the proper management of each local and regional project.
• Monitor the progress of projects, making corrective decisions or proposing alternative solutions together with the local Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with the execution of projects in accordance with regional planning.
• Analyze eventualities or possible changes in the business, market or strategic planning that may affect the scope, deadline and quality of regional projects, reviewing the impact and possible deviations.

• Experience managing comprehensive projects in Personal and/or General Insurance companies, Banking, Technology, Telecommunications.
• Academic background in Project Management, Innovation, Digital Transformation or related.
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.
• Experience leading technology transformation projects.
