Associated Students Inc. (ASI) at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) seeks a highly motivated Food Pantry Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our on-campus pantry.

In this key role, you will:

• Manage Inventory and Procurement: Develop and implement strategies to secure food donations and maintain a well-stocked pantry with nutritious options.


• Coordinate Client Services: Oversee the creation of a welcoming environment for students facing food insecurity and ensure efficient food distribution.


• Develop Educational Programs: Design and deliver workshops on healthy eating habits, budgeting, and food preparation to empower students.


• Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with campus departments, community partners, and volunteers to expand food security initiatives.


• Analyze Data and Reporting: Track pantry usage data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports to guide program improvement and secure funding.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Health, Nutrition, or Social Work.


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program management, non-profit operations, or a related field.


• Proven ability to manage inventory, budgets, and data.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations.


• Strong leadership skills to motivate, train, and supervise volunteers and staff.


• Commitment to food security and a passion for helping students succeed.
