Your Role:

As an Accounting Manager with us, you'll spearhead essential accounting functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for our esteemed clients, utilizing cutting-edge tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Restaurant365. We're looking for self-motivated individuals who are driven to make a real difference, possess stellar organizational prowess, and thrive in a tech-forward atmosphere. We are seeking a candidate that has previous experience utilizing QuickBooks within the restaurant industry and/or experience with Restaurant365 software.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Execute month and year-end closing procedures
• Craft and deliver comprehensive financial reports
• Engage in productive Zoom calls with clients when needed
• Manage accounts payable invoices efficiently
• Validate POS reports and perform daily sales journal entries
• Input payroll journal entries and other essential data accurately

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance within the
  restaurant industry
• Restaurant experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Restaurant365
• Familiarity with the nuances of the restaurant industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF Statements
• Strong knack for problem-solving
• Prior experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Asana
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with a proactive communication style
• Bonus points for experience with MarginEdge, Plate IQ, or xtraCHEF
