IT Business Analyst I – City of Ellensburg

The City of Ellensburg has a vacancy for a full-time IT Business Analyst. The primary duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: monitor, analyze, design, implement, and support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Financial Management System (FMS), and Customer Information System (CIS) software applications and related business processes; assist forecasting resource needs; assist facilitating acquisitions, integrations, and upgrades; and provide excellent customer service to City departments and users. This position is expected to be a subject matter expert for software applications and related programs. Due to the nature of the assigned duties, this position requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

$6,952-$7,863/month
