The City of Long Grove is accepting applications for a Part-Time (20-30 hours) Billing Clerk/Office Secretary Position. Pay for this position will start between $14-1$8 per hour depending on qualifications. This part-time position offers flexible day time & occasional evening hours and will assist the City Clerk/Finance Director with a wide variety of daily City Hall operations and activities. Primary responsibilities will include billing, collections, accounts payable, customer service, inventory management, document retention, and complaint resolution. Minimum requirements include; high school diploma/GED, bondable, valid drivers license, and ability to obtain IMFOA Clerk Certification.  Preferred Qualifications include skilled knowledge of word, excel, outlook, publisher, basic accounting software, administrative organization, and a customer service background.
