SAP Manager

Manage all activities related to SAP projects assigned. Perform requirements gathering Planning & Budgeting. Ensure that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives and be involved in full life cycle SAP Implementation. Provide inputs in developing solutions. Perform all tasks related to project management and execution. Develop Solutions and programs by gathering business requirements and break them down to functional designs. Get involved with Testing, Issue Resolution and Documentation. Perform data migration and data conversion. Responsible for project tracking and reporting. Responsible for Compliance and Risk management. Manage a team of SAP resources. Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports. Participate in hiring process for new resources. Responsible for Revenue, Cost and Margins through P&L (finance). Develop a network and work in cross stream teams (delivery + competency) composed of Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Interactive and Operations practices. Develop strategies for Talent upskilling and cross skilling. 40 hours per week, $233,834/year. Requires Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field plus 5 years of experience with SAP solutions and background in configuration activities for SAP MM, LE-WM, EWM and SAP SD, PP functional modules and SAP ECC 6.0 or higher; understanding of S4HANA, Blue printing, As-Is and To-Be, Fit and Gap analysis, business requirement gathering and analyses, Unit and Integration testing and Post Go-Live support and ticket resolution; proficient in all aspects of implementation that includes determining business requirements, control functional specifications, review system configuration, testing, Gap analysis, blueprint preparation; knowledge in SAP User exits (BADIs / BAPIs), as well as integration capabilities like ALE, IDOC, RFC, EDI, API; familiarity with data migration, data conversion and end user training; understanding of testing tools like Jira; ability to write clear documentation and reports, assessing operational impacts, provide estimates, ensuring operational acceptance, developing, and improving support processes and solutions; and, background in full life cycle SAP Implementation.
