We are a complex litigation firm concentrating in the defense of medical professionals and businesses in the areas of medical malpractice, dental malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, trucking collisions, wrongful death, products liability and premises liability. Our attorneys haver obtained several noteworthy and groundbreaking defense verdicts.

We are currently seeking an attorney with at least 2-5 years of experience for a litigation associate position. Licensure in Illinois and experience in the Federal District Courts are required. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle files in litigation from inception to resolution, have general experience in civil litigation and trial work, including answering complaints and pleadings, attending court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, have a desire for autonomy and significant client/matter responsibility while having demonstrated an interest civil litigation.
