Child & Youth Trauma Services Mental Health Specialist, LCSW Contract Position Department of Human Resource Development

The successful applicant must be a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), OR certified by the State of Montana as a Mental Health Professional Person. Must have clinical experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy. Must be willing to received training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). Have experience assisting individuals/families with high service needs. Experience in providing group facilitations. Must have a valid Montana Driver’s License. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, copy of academic transcripts/training certificates, copy of current valid driver’s license, proof of enrollment and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. A favorable determination resulting from a completed Background Investigation is required prior to being placed in this position. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $30.68-$35.27 per hour with benefits.
