JOB DESCRIPTION
The Front Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for guests and customers that visit the Baker Sports Complex. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being perceptive and well-disciplined.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests that come to the building in a friendly & professional manner.
• Provide basic and accurate information about Baker Sports Complex, including hours of operation and available activities.
• Maintain building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office as needed
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
Available to work Monday – Friday, from 9:00am – 5:00pm, beginning June 3rd and ending August 23rd.
