Asphalt Construction

Davis Paving Company is currently looking to fill (3) positions for our Asphalt Construction Team.

• Roller Operator
• Rake Person
• Laborers/Shovel Person

Jobs located in the Memphis and North Mississippi area.

Job consists of loading and unloading equipment.  We mainly do commercial paving, driveways, patch & repair asphalt, crack sealing and seal coating asphalt. 

Job is full time and includes some Saturday work if project requires it.

Work begins at 7:00 am until we finish the job.

Employees are covered by Worksman’s Compensation Insurance.

Employees must have their own transportation to the yard or job site. 

Rate of pay is $18-$25 per hour dependent on level of experience.

Candidates that are certified to drive a 1 Ton Truck will be eligible to additional add on to hourly wage.

There will be some physical labor that will be needed at times when paving is not ready.  Any other skill such as Skid Steer Operating or Front-End Loader Operator will increase hourly wage.

General knowledge of All Asphalt Paving is required.
