Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspects buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
• Repairs faulty equipment units and damaged structures
• Develops and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
• Manages heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
• Performs, plans and schedules repairs
• Performs general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
• Provide cleaning services for our company vehicles
• Perform additional housekeeping or maintenance tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls, painting, repairing, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal
• Helps develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department
• Maintains the inventory records for equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to effectively work alone with minimal direction

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Physical Requirements:

• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
