Drew University Athletics invites applicants for the position of Head Women's Volleyball Coach. This is a full time 12-month position and will report directly to the Director of Athletics.

Key Responsibilities:

The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the women's volleyball program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Recruitment of qualified student athletes

Program management and administration

Practice planning, game preparation, and strategy implementation

Fundraising

Volleyball Alumni Relations

Lead a team of student athletes to academic success, good citizenship, and develop a positive team culture

Have a strong understanding of NCAA Division III and Landmark Conference rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required and a required minimum of three years of college coaching experience. Head coaching experience preferred.
