Join our team in Craig Colorado! In this position, you would oversee all aspects of our fly ash operation. You will lead production, quality, maintenance, facilities, and distribution functions. Your accountability extends to safety, quality, production output, labor costs, and customer order fulfillment metrics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures and responsible for all aspects of plant safety • Work closely with Utility and end user of fly ash to ensure proper production requirements are achieved and product quality conforms to specifications. • Direct production activities to meet quality, output goals, cost standards and customer needs • Monitor production processes and product quality through regular inspections and testing. • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions • Develop and manage plant budget, including expenses for labor, materials and equipment. • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality or safety. • Monitor expenses and variance against budget targets and implement cost saving measures as needed. • Work closely with other key departments as needed • Recruit train and supervisor plant employees • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to employees to ensure high levels of productivity and morale • Foster a positive work environment that promotes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production-related software • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment • Strong business acumen, and critical thinking skills, • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements • Knowledge and understanding of budgeting, planning, and execution of operations targets and financial objectives • Ability to work independently, show initiative and take ownership, and work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent judgment and character, and ability to represent the organization • Lean Manufacturing experience, preferred • SharePoint experience, preferred

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE The employee should have the following: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 3 - 5 years' experience in functional role
