Environics Inc, a manufacturer of gas flow management systems, has an immediate opportunity for an In-house Sales Representative working within a team on direct US sales and helping to support international sales. This is a Business to Business selling role, primarily focused on sales to existing and new customers, little to no travel is required. The position is full time in the office during training, with partial remote work possible once you are fully trained.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process from cold call to delivery, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. This is a tremendous opportunity to enter the sales world with ample opportunity for growth within the team.

In this role you will help the team to:

  • Develop new business with existing and new customers by maximizing the number of sales calls, creating and developing new opportunities, and offering creative product and value-added solutions.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Develop client opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Establish mutually productive working relationships within our team to devise technical solutions to our customers
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Attend onsite company meetings and offsite trade shows as required

What you will bring to the team:

  • Problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrable communication, relationship, and team skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in a self-sufficient manner; effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Willingness to learn the technical aspects of the Environics products
  • Experience in sales, preferably B2B preferred but not required
  • High level of comfort preparing and leading virtual client meetings, once trained.
  • Ability to identify and overcome potential objections that could be raised by prospective clients.
  • General experience with Microsoft Office applications – specifically Word, and Excel and overall comfort learning applicable new programs, such as Macola ERP, HubSpot
