Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Purification Service/Installation Technician to join our team in Palm Beach County. As a technician with Executive Water Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to clean and pure water through the installation, maintenance, and repair of our cutting-edge water purification systems.

Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain, and repair various types of water purification systems in residential and commercial settings.

· Conduct site visits to assess water quality, system placement, and installation requirements.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing effective solutions and repairs.

· Collaborate with customers to explain system functionality, maintenance procedures, and water quality improvement benefits.

· Follow established guidelines and protocols for safe and proper installation and maintenance procedures.

· Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations using digital tools.

· Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company in customer interactions.

· Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and staying informed about industry advancements.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical education or certifications in plumbing, water treatment, or a related field is a plus.

· Strong understanding of plumbing systems related to water. Willing to train serious individual interested in the field of water purification.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

· Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks efficiently.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
