About Us: At FAH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional veterinary care with a focus on compassion, integrity, and innovation. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. We are a small animal veterinary clinic, but also pride ourselves on being the only exotic (avian, primates, pocket pets, reptiles and small ruminants) veterinary clinic in Friendswood.

* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
* State veterinary license in good standing.
* Proficiency in performing common veterinary procedures, including surgery, dentistry, and diagnostic imaging such as x-rays and ultrasound.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with pet owners and team members.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
* Compassionate demeanor and genuine concern for animal welfare.
* Willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust to focus.
* Perform general physical activities that require bending, standing, stooping, moving from room to room, sit, talk, and listen; may be required to walk or stand for long periods of time; will use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; will reach with hands and arms.
Frequently lift, carry, and handle dogs weighing 50 lbs.
