Farmville, North Carolina Housing Authority is hiring a full-time Maintenance employee.

Maintenance staff performs a variety of skills including, but not limited to, the general
maintenance of Housing authority buildings, grounds, equipment and
related facilities; candidates for the position will need to possess a
range of mechanical skills (repair of plumbing, heating, electrical,
painting, sheetrock patching, etc.

This position require a valid NC driver’s license. Applicants must pass
Drug Screening as well as a Criminal Background Search. Please email the

About Us

Planning and Construction of 150 apartments for Farmville Housing Authority began in 1968 and we had our first occupants in 1971 we have since added two other sites, one being a multi-family property  that consist of 35 apartments built in 1981 and we added 24 more public housing apartments in 1991 for a total of 209 apartments that provide subsidized housing assistance to Farmville and surrounding towns and counties.
