We are currently seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care.

Position Overview: We have various options available for the right candidate, offering either part-time or full-time positions. For the part-time role, the Physical Therapist will primarily conduct evaluations on patients for a few hours a week and provide one-on-one therapy sessions as needed. In contrast, the full-time position entails comprehensive responsibilities, including evaluations, re-evaluations, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Perform one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing advanced techniques and equipment
  • Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, medical doctors, and chiropractors to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic medical records systems.
