About the Position:
Teaches appropriate course load, to include multiple courses in the Organizational Development and Knowledge Management program.
Responsibilities:
- Teaches assigned course load, to include multiple courses in the Organizational Development and Knowledge Management program; and
- Plays an active role in helping recruit adult learners for the MS in ODKM, a cohort program for working professionals.
- Terminal degree in a related field. Must have earned a Ph.D. in one of the following or related fields: organization behavior, organization development, knowledge management, digital transformation, or human resource management;
- Must show evidence of teaching full-time working professionals, both in-person and virtual learning environment;
- Skill to mentor and teach students; and
- In-depth knowledge of one of the following or related fields: organizational theory, organization development, knowledge management, digital transformation, organization behavior, human resource development, and talent management.
