Annual Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 per year

Employment Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities

· Respond promptly and professionally to client questions

· Maintain and updated knowledge of our products and services

· Document interactions with clients when necessary, while compiling documents and forwarding information to necessary parties

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Recommend new products/ services or make suggestions for improvements

· Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
