Associate Attorney

Harvell and Collins, PA located in Morehead City, North Carolina, is seeking to hire a civil litigation attorney. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, but all candidates will be considered.

Attorney will oversee an active caseload and handle day-to-day responsibilities of litigation cases from inception through trial/appeal. This includes, among other things, initial investigations, witness interviews, written discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, motion practice and trial.
