Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney

Hone Law is now hiring a complex litigation attorney to lead a seven-person team of legal professionals at a law firm designed to tackle some of the legal industry's biggest challenges. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced world of complex commercial litigation and is ready to lead a team of experienced litigators and legal professionals. You will lead cases from inception to resolution, overseeing all aspects of strategy, team supervision, and client service. You will be responsible for managing deadlines, ensuring top-quality work product, and fostering a collaborative and successful team environment. Your expertise extends to client communication, conflict resolution, negotiation with opposing counsel, and courtroom presence, including handling trials, key depositions, and critical hearings. In turn, you will be supported by our existing team of experienced specialized practitioners focused on discrete sub-parts of the litigation process including: a specialized brief writer, testimony discovery attorney, document discovery attorney, paralegal, and legal assistant. You will work closely with an assigned litigator focused on coordinating strategic analysis and case project management. The firm is currently led by an experienced trial counsel who holds decades of trial experience and is invested in helping you grow your specialized trial work practice. This leadership role also involves coordinating with team members and maximizing the impact of their skills to the efficient benefit of your clients. This process requires clear communication and coaching for your team members, ensuring their continued growth and development. Prior experience with team leadership is a plus, however, Hone Law also has significant resources available to train new leaders in our unique structure.

The attorney hired for this position must hold strong academic credentials, experienced judgment and decision-making, superior time-management skills, independent self-motivation, and excellent communication and people skills. Candidates should have 7+ years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm or litigation-boutique setting and must be admitted to the Nevada bar. Candidates with well more than the 7-year minimum level noted are encouraged to apply; compensation will be determined based on the experience and skill level of qualified candidates.
