CDL B Driver

Description: Huston Lumber & Supply Company is seeking a full-time CDL B Delivery Driver for our North Plainfield, NJ location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs jobsite deliveries utilizing triaxle flatbed trucks with Moffett forklifts or dump bodies.
• Drives box trucks and smaller flatbeds as needed.
• Loads and unloads materials ensuring proper handling and securement.
• Complies with all DOT requirements and testing.
• Safely operates and maintains all equipment.
• Assists operations team with yard and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate delivery trucks and forklifts as required.
• Experience in delivering lumber and building materials.
• Candidate must possess a valid Class B CDL driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting.
• Superior team building and customer service skills.

Schedule: 7:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday (with some additional OT)
