Essential Job Functions
  • Manages the draft and edit process, in collaboration with other university departments, to maintain appropriate inputs, reviews, and sign-offs prior to print production
  • Researches, tracks, and reports out print cost estimates and actuals based different on variables
  • Manages the work done with external vendors to maintain the timely completion of projects
  • Updates, edits and proofreads admissions print, e-mail and web copy for admissions marketing materials
  • Identifies potential time or budget conflicts, as well as provides solutions and communicates these with departmental leadership
  • Assists internal and external stakeholders in understanding the details of each project process and timeline in order to facilitate clear expectations and constructive collaboration between staff and departments, as necessary
  • Maintains print project inventory and calendar for the department
  • Maintains historical data of the department's completed print projects
  • Monitors the departmental budget
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in general marketing procedures or other related experience
  • Experience with email marketing including email template creation and segmentation
  • Experience using Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HTML
