Essential Job Functions
- Prepares, maintains, stores and serves food for the salad bar area, including maintaining stock and necessary equipment during time of service
- Cleans and organizes the dining service areas while utilizing appropriate cleaning procedures for assigned duties so that products are acquired, maintained, and stored according to university policy and health code regulations
- Refills paper supplies and condiments, as needed
- Maintains that university approved identification is received at the time of entrance to the dining area
- Processes all transactions for sales, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Experience working in foodservice or other related experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
