Job Title: Residential Assistant

Location: Kinteel Residential Campus, Aztec NM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Kinteel Residential Campus is seeking a reliable and compassionate Residential Assistant to provide support and assistance to our students in a residential high school campus environment. As a Residential Assistant, you will work closely with the Residential Counselors and other staff members to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and monitoring student activities
• Help create and implement recreational and educational programs
• Support students in their daily routines, including meal times and study hours
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Collaborate with the Residential Counselors to address student concerns and behavioral issues
• Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with adolescents in a residential or educational setting (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
