Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist who is licensed in California to join our team. We are a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation facility that combines both Physical Therapy and Pulmonary Rehab. The position is part time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with a variety of impairments and will be dedicated to providing high-quality care in a compassionate and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform comprehensive initial evaluations for patients thorough assessments of, mobility, strength, functional status, and pulmonary function.

* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based interventions to address physical limitations and optimize functional outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist - New grads welcome!
• Current Physical Therapy California License (Required)
• Prior experience with Initial evaluations (preferred but we are willing to train).
