General Manager

Maine Potato Growers Inc. (MPG) is a diversified cooperative serving the needs of agricultural and resource-based industries in our surrounding communities since 1932. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our MPG team in Presque Isle, Maine as General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible to manage the overall day to day activities of the cooperative with a focus on strategic planning, business development, marketing and sales growth. Reporting to the MPG Board of Directors, the General Manager will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior business leadership, a proven track record of developing and growing sales along with the ability to build and lead a high functioning team. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
