Job Description
  • Operate and maintain large format printers, laminators, paper cutter, folder, scanner, coil and comb binder, score/perforate/number machine, stitcher, 3-hole drill, padding machine, etc.
  • Mount and frame printed projects and stretch canvas prints
  • Print, weed, and assist with installation of vinyl window, wall, and vehicle graphics as ordered by campus departments
  • Wrap packages and assemble orders for pickup/delivery
  • Prepare customer invoices for large format projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers by phone, email, and in-person, and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of various print shop equipment; assist with minor repair and replacement of equipment parts
  • Maintain supply levels
  • Must have basic knowledge for handling digital files (e.g., converting file formats)
  • Must have ability to properly measure using inches and cut needed materials such as canvas, paper, and foam board
  • May assist with delivering completed projects to campus
  • Keep work areas clean, stocked, and free from clutter
  • Ability to grasp, lift, carry and set down objects 10-50lbs on a daily basis
  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with other team members and customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
