We're not just a coffee shop; we're a bakery, a music venue, and a community hub. We're searching for a creative and strategic individual to manage our online presence and social media buzz.

You'll be a digital storytelling whiz, crafting engaging content that captures the essence of our unique brand. Think mouthwatering bakery photos, artisan coffees, high quality merchandise and apparel, live music highlights, and stories that connect with our local coffee connoisseurs and amazing customers from all walks of life.

You must have the ability to "do" and to "collaborate" with others to get a lot of work done efficiently in terms of scaling your impact for the success of our employees, customers and community who will depend on you to be a fantastic storyteller and memory maker.

Our event business celebrates the diversity of Austin - because at Mozart's our Manifesto is that everyone (and we mean EVERYONE) is always welcome.

But it's not just about the 'likes'. You'll develop data-driven strategies to grow our online following, manage customer interactions, and curate events that bring the community together.
