Mechanic/Technician Truck Maintenance - (Hiring in multiple locations in Lancaster County Area)

What Will You Do? Complete general maintenance, repairs, troubleshoot and diagnosis of trucks and equipment. Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition. Complete work orders and maintain accurate and timely records. Effectively communicate with teammates on worksite. Travel to various job sites and represent NESL with the utmost professionalism. Requirements - Who We Are Looking For? Post-secondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training. Minimum of Class C Driver's License with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment). Class 7 PA state inspection license (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment) Able to collaborate and communicate across the business. Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn. Team Mindset - "The NESL Way". Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy. Capable and willing to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory. Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards. High School Graduate/GED.
