• Customer Service Specialist Newtown Township Police Department, Delaware County, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist person to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Compensation will be based on experience. Excellent benefits are offered.

• Administrative Assistant / Office Manager Newtown Township, Delaware County, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant, Office Manager person to provide administrative support to the Township Manager and to ensure the efficient operation of the Township office. Compensation will be based on experience. Excellent benefits are offered.

• Finance Director – Newtown Township, Delaware County, PA (population 15,000) seeks a financially skilled and experienced individual to serve as its Finance Director. The Township has a General Fund budget of $11.5 million, an Authority budget of $6.5 million and is financially stable. The Director will administer all financial activities, including payroll, record keeping, payment of expenses, recording of revenue, managing of insurances and financial reporting; and supervise a staff of 3-4. Candidates should have (1) Bachelor’s Degree; (2) minimum of 10 years accounting/finance experience, preferably in government; (3) excellent computer aptitude and software skills; (4) a positive approach to customer service and teamwork. Salary Range is $100,000-$120,000 with an excellent employer paid benefit program. • Newtown Township Police Department, Delaware County, is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. Minimum qualifications are as follows: must be at least 21 years of age with a positive attitude, a United States citizen, a high school graduate or possess a GED certification, a valid PA driver’s license, and be physically and mentally fit to perform all duties and job functions of a police officer. Candidates must also possess a diploma from a certified Act 120 school. One- to two-year work history as a police officer preferred.
