Job Overview:
As an Account Executive at O'Rourke Media Group, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing client accounts. You will work closely with local businesses across Goodhue, Dakota, Pierce, and St. Croix Counties to understand their advertising needs and develop customized solutions that align with their goals. The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients in Goodhue, Dakota, Pierce, and St. Croix Counties. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.

Customized Solutions: Develop and present customized advertising and marketing solutions that align with clients' goals and maximize their return on investment.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and effective sales presentations to both individuals and groups. Clearly articulate the value proposition of O'Rourke Media Group's advertising solutions.

Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to position O'Rourke Media Group as a leader in the media industry.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in advertising sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital and traditional media.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with the Goodhue, Dakota, Pierce, and St. Croix Counties market is a plus.
