Network Engineer

In this role, the Network Engineer will support OTP operations through system design, security and optimization of the enterprise and industrial computer networks. 

* Evaluate system performance to ensure reliability and availability meets the needs of the company and recommend projects to enhance or improve based on the needs of the company.
* Analyze cybersecurity vulnerabilities and execute patch management and root cause mitigation strategies.
* Design and implement continuous improvement strategies that increase efficiencies through automation.
* Collaborate with internal and external engineers to ensure projects meets OTP’s standards.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in the network engineering field including IP networking, routing protocols and networking security is preferred. 
* An Associate’s degree or higher preferred in telecommunications engineering, network engineering, computer science or equivalent.
