Supported Employment Specialist/Job Coach. Pathways to Independence, Social Service agency located in Kearny New Jersey Provides support to Adults with disabilities. The Employment Specialist will be responsible to work with individuals with disabilities referred by DVRS, in supporting them in finding job opportunities within the community. Develop and implement pre-placement, placement and follow-along supports. Drive consumers to and assist with job search and interviews. FT Position, Mon-Fri (40 hours per week) must be flexible with their schedule. Requires Valid Driver's License, Associate's Degree Required.
