Chief Operating Officer (Search Reopened)

Perry Veterinary Clinic, PLLC is recruiting a chief operating officer (COO) to oversee business operations. We are a large, progressive veterinary agribusiness consisting of 4 companion animal clinics, a large dairy focused consulting service, and a robust retail operation. Our current service area is western and west-central New York. This position is in Perry, NY. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership to ensure the long-term viability, growth, and profitability of the business and work collaboratively with and oversee the functions of the management team to ensure the business is meeting its performance objectives. The general requirements for this hands-on position include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of proven management experience. You will need outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, an in-depth knowledge of financial statements and budgeting, experience in financial planning and risk assessment, strategic planning, and business development. Salary range $150k-$200k plus benefits package.
