Sign Installer, Print Operator, and Bindery Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Installer, Print Operator, and Bindery Technician to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role involves installing various types of signage, operating print equipment, and performing bindery tasks to ensure the timely and accurate production of signage products.

1. Sign Installation

• Install a variety of signage products, including vehicle graphics, outdoor signs, banners and indoor displays
• Conduct on-site surveys to assess installation requirements and ensure proper placement of signage
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to safely and efficiently install signage according to specifications
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols during installation procedures

2. Print Operation

• Operate digital printers, and other print equipment to produce high-quality signage products
• Set up printing jobs, adjust settings, and monitor print quality throughout the production process
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on print equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintan accurate records of print jobs, materials used, and production schedules

3. Bindery Tasks

• Perform finishing and bindery tasks such as trimming, laminating, mounting, and packaging signage products
• Operate cutting, folding and finishing equipment to achieve desired results
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of completed sinage products for shipment or delivery

4. Delivery

• Deliver final product to customer specified location.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sign installation, print operation, and bindery work preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for sign installation and fabrication.
• Familiarity with digital printing technologies and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for sign installation role and delivery).
