CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENT

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business travel, ensuring smooth and efficient arrangements for corporate clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide them with suitable options, and handle all bookings and reservations. Your goal is to ensure a seamless travel experience while optimizing cost-effectiveness for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Communicate with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Travel Planning: Research and recommend suitable travel options, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other ancillary services based on client needs.

Booking and Reservation: Make all necessary travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.

Itinerary Management: Develop detailed itineraries for clients, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and other relevant information. Ensure that all travel documents are accurate and provided to clients in a timely manner.

Travel Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies, to ensure that travel plans are executed smoothly.

Emergency Support: Provide support to clients during their travels, including assistance with itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergencies such as flight delays.

Policy Compliance: Ensure that all travel arrangements adhere to the organization's travel policies and guidelines. Educate clients on policy requirements and provide guidance as needed.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have before, during, or after their travels.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in corporate travel management or a similar role.

3-5 Years Sabre experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.

Typically office-based, with regular hours.
