Work from home Personal Assistant is needed for immediate employment. All applicants must be drug free and subject to background check to be considered. $500 per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from very important clients.
  • Resolve any issues and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing client adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (Scheduling reports, open call, monthly maintenance reports, etc.)


Qualifications:

  • Personal Assistant and multi-line telephone experience required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Account collections experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced fun environment
  • Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key)
  • Excellent communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external clients and vendors
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
