Robindale Energy is seeking a Full Time Plant Engineer-Mechanical candidate to support its three power plants in Southwest PA and provide engineering support to maintain continuous plant operations and high efficiency. This position serves as a key technical resource in solving problems relating to stationery and rotating equipment, covering daily plant needs as well as project responsibilities. Must have good working knowledge of various pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, motors, and gearboxes. Experienced with bearings (rolling & sleeve), couplings, mechanical seals, oil analysis, vibration analysis, outage planning, parts and machinery refurbishment and re-engineering of parts. The Plant Engineer implements solutions to continuously improve reliability and reduce maintenance cost. This position supports plant safety and mechanical integrity through development of procedures and predictive/preventative maintenance plans. A successful candidate should have bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology and over 10 years of power plant experience.
