Shift manager at Assisted Care Retirement Center

Medical Assistant, Med Tech, Experienced CNA- with administrative skills for assisted living center shift manager. 

This is a non-medical supervisory position as a shift care manager at a luxury assisted care center. Medical certification for a residential care home is required, but we can provide training.

The qualified individual will have experience as a med tech, medical assistant, or experienced certified nursing assistant, personal care assistant, or assistant with an administrative background.

Training is required for this position, which we provide. There is a hands-on component to the care training.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this position for a mature candidate. Top-notch customer service skills are essential. The position requires interaction with our residents as well as families. 

Openings are available on our evening and night shifts, as well as some day shifts. Some training is required on the dayshift.

The pay scale ranges from $ 20 to $25 an hour. Benefits are available, and some weekend shifts are required.Dependability is essential.

As part of the process, there is an extended observation. In training before the responsibilities of care coordinator are undertaken.
