Serenity Massage OC Bodywork & Wellness is Hiring!

We are looking for fully Licensed and Certified Massage Therapists with a minimum of two years of experience working in a licensed facility that offers various modalities.

We are a Bodywork & Wellness Massage Boutique that takes pride in our ability to offer a wide range of healing modalities. We are looking for someone equally as dedicated to providing customized bodywork with excellent customer service.

Our standards and requirements for our Certified Massage Therapists are:

1. Conducting a thorough intake assessment of the client that examines the necessary details to provide a customized massage therapy session. This may include checking the client's range of motion and discussing their concerns based on their intake paperwork prior to starting your massage. Our plan is to always help the client with pain relief, relaxation, increase their range of motion and provide a follow-up plan.

2. Show expert knowledge of: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, MFT, Trigger Point, MLD, Cupping, PNF stretching, Gua Sha tools and Hot Stones. We will provide training in using the Cavitation Equipment on post-op and Body Contouring clients.

What we are offering you:

Part-time shifts on Monday, Friday, and Saturdays to start.

We also feature our staff on the Company Website for online booking and repeat clientele.

You will have the opportunity to match with appropriate clients based on your specialty, and an additional opportunity for repeat clients.

We are looking for someone with pride and passion to help people in pain, who will arrive early to appointments for set up, and show responsibility for their work.

We allow adequate time in-between sessions for proper sanitization and to stretch and rest before the next session begins. SOAP notes must be filled out for every session and are to be turned into the front office. We refer to our notes for each session to provide our clients with our goal of "healing" therapies each and every visit to our office.

Additional Requirements:

Some front receptionist duties may be part of this position including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments. Good communication skills and a high level of professionalism are required.

Must be experienced and certified in the state of California, Insured, and bring proof of all documents including the school that you graduated from and a minimum of five client references to the interview.
