We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Development Center (BDC) Manager with a proven track record of success. Our ideal candidate is not only polished and possesses exceptional communication skills but also harbors a strong ambition to advance within our organization and revolutionize our eCommerce department.

As the Business Development Center Manager, you will oversee all facets of our BDC operations as well as representing our company at National and Statewide Industry Conventions. This includes managing incoming internet leads, coordinating appointments for our Sales Associates, and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of effective internet follow-up protocols. Moreover, you will spearhead appointment follow-ups and reminders, fostering seamless interaction between our management team, sales staff, support personnel, and valued clientele. Job Activities include:

* Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact

* Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty

* Develop pipeline of sales and service business opportunities through leads prospecting

* Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques.

* Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends

* Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees

* Provide outstanding Customer Service

This position will be a combination of base salary plus commission


* A minimum of 2 years of previous automotive BDC experience with proven success record or equivalent

* A minimum of 1 year of previous BDC Management experience

* Automotive CRM experience (VinSolutions a plus)

* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

* Excellent phone and chat skills

* Computer literate in Microsoft Office products

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills

* Ability to develop and implement internet processes

* Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

* Must be proficient in Text Messaging

* Must be comfortable representing the company in person at Conventions and Association Meetings
