Primary Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate/graduate finance courses (Teaching load is 12 credits per semester. Instruction modes may involve Zoom, Hyflex, and online instruction.)
Advise undergraduate/graduate students
Active participation in recruitment and retention of students
Produce scholarly publications consistent with AACSB accreditation and institutional standards
Assist with curriculum development, assessment monitoring, and accreditation criteria compliance
Provide department, college, University, and professional service in accordance with departmental guidelines

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or ABD (Ph.D. completed by August 1, 2024) in Finance (Degree must be from a regionally or internationally accredited university)
Teaching interest in Banking
Demonstrated ability to deliver highly effective teaching for a variety of courses in Finance
Demonstrated ability to produce quality peer-reviewed research related to Finance
Demonstrated ability to advise and mentor students
Evidence of effective communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
