Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Director to join our team. As the Admissions Director, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students, providing academic advising, and representing our institution to the public. This is a key leadership position within our organization, requiring strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to effectively manage admissions processes.

Duties:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the admissions office recruitment and marketing plan to promote the school's visibility and general recruitment efforts.
  • Plan and execute projects with the outcome of becoming more profitable.
  • Gather data about a problem or process that needs to be improved.
  • Facilitate faster adaption grater utilization and higher proficiency by employees regarding new ways of operation
  • Recommend a variety of strategies to alter the organizations' structure and operation methods in ways that result in increased profits, better systems and improved efficiency.
  • Serve as the face of the school with potential students and the community to communicate school mission.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with area schools and organizations along with creating networking opportunities for the institution.
  • Oversees the selection process of new students including the work of the admissions advisors.
  • Manage Admissions staff including providing clear communication regarding responsibilities, practices and feedback.
  • Oversees and participates in the development of admissions material, events and marketing practices.
  • Communicating changes, statics and other information to the school president, registrar and department heads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication and/or Business
  • Two or more years of College Admissions Director experience.
  • Four year College Admissions Advisor experience.
  • Three or more Sales Management Consultant experience
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and enrolling students.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to educate prospective students about program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options

Salary: $79,700.00 - $82,000.00 per year
